Visa Purpose Restriction
The Turkey eVisa is strictly for tourism and commerce purposes only. Employment, study, or any other activity is not permitted. Violators face deportation and future entry bans.
Passport Validity
Passport must be valid for at least 60 days beyond the intended stay in Turkey. FlairMyTrip recommends at least 6 months validity for smoother processing.
Supporting Document Required
Indian passport holders must hold a valid Schengen, US, UK, or Ireland visa or residence permit to be eligible for the Turkey eVisa. This is the most common reason for rejection — verify before submission.
Individual Applications Only
Each traveler must have a separate eVisa application. Group or family applications under a single form are not accepted by Turkish immigration.
Travel Date Flexibility
The eVisa is valid for 180 days from issuance. You are not locked to a specific travel date — enter Turkey any time within the validity window.
No Amendments After Submission
Once an application is submitted, no corrections or amendments are possible. Double-check all details including passport number, name spelling, and travel dates before submitting.
Overstay Consequences
Overstaying the permitted duration results in fines, deportation, and potential entry bans. The traveler is solely responsible for monitoring their stay duration.
Cruise Ship Exception
Cruise ship passengers arriving at Turkish sea ports may stay up to 72 hours without a visa. This exemption applies only to organized cruise arrivals at designated sea ports.

- ✔Stay Monitoring: The traveler is solely responsible for monitoring and adhering to the permitted duration of stay. Immigration officers do not issue reminders.
- ✔Overstay Penalties: Overstaying results in monetary fines, possible deportation, and future entry bans imposed by Turkish immigration authorities.
- ✔Extending Stay: To extend beyond the permitted stay, the traveler must apply for a residence permit through the Turkish Directorate General of Migration Management before the eVisa expires.
- ✔Re-Entry Rule: Foreign nationals may stay a maximum of 90 days within any 180-day period. Exceeding this cumulative limit triggers overstay consequences.
- ✔HTV Restrictions: Airport Transit Visa holders may remain in the airport transit zone for up to 24 hours. Exiting the airport or entering Turkish territory is not permitted.

JPEG Format Mandatory

Visa Review
After approval, you are personally responsible for verifying all details on the visa. Report discrepancies immediately for escalation within working hours.
Compliance
You must comply with all Turkish immigration laws and regulations. The eVisa is strictly for the purpose stated. Unauthorized activities may result in deportation and entry bans.
Overstay Responsibility
The traveler is solely responsible for monitoring the permitted stay duration. Overstay fines, deportation, and entry bans are the traveler's responsibility. FlairMyTrip has no liability.
Dual Passport
Applicants with dual nationality must apply with and travel on the same passport. Using a different passport at the border will result in entry denial.
Rejection & Reapplication
If your Turkey visa is rejected and you wish to reapply, FlairMyTrip will proceed only upon explicit written instructions. Reapplication is treated as a fresh transaction with new fees.
⚠ Third-Party Processing: A third-party vendor appointed by FlairMyTrip may request additional documents or refuse submission if credentials are assessed as high-risk. You will be notified. If the vendor does not submit, the visa fee may be refunded, but FlairMyTrip's service fee remains non-refundable.
