Vietnam eVisa Information
Everything you need to know before applying for a Vietnam visa.
Processing Times
Normal: 4–6 working days. Fast Track (VOA): 2 days. Super Fast (VOA): 6–8 hours. Weekends and public holidays not counted.
Passport Requirements
Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond stay. Must have blank pages for stamping (VOA). Must be outside Vietnam when applying for eVisa.

USD 25 Cash (VOA)
All VOA travellers must carry USD 25 in cash to pay the stamping fee at the Vietnam airport counter. This is NOT included in the online fee.
Passport Match
All information submitted must match your passport exactly. Name mismatch or data errors may cause entry denial. Cannot be modified after submission.
Print Your Visa
For VOA, print the approval letter and carry physical copy during your flight. For eVisa, carry a printed copy as backup — airline staff may ask to see it.
Review Immediately
Check all visa details upon receipt. Report any discrepancy immediately. Corrections requested after travel commencement may not be possible.
Non-Refundable
Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins. Government fees are generally non-refundable once submitted, regardless of outcome.
