Important Information
- ✔eVisa Validity: 90 days from the date of issuance. Entry denied if the visa is expired before arrival.

Check Eligibility & Select Visa Type
Confirm the client's nationality is eligible (100+ countries for Tourist, 54+ for Business). Select Tourist (28 days) or Business (70 days) visa type.
Fill Application Form & Upload Documents
Complete the eVisa application form. Upload all mandatory documents in color — passport front/back, recent photograph, return ticket, and hotel booking.
Submit & Complete Payment
Review all details carefully before submission. Pay via credit card, debit card, or net banking. All fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Receive eVisa Notification
Receive approval in 6–7 working days (Tourist) or 3 working days (Business). Review visa details immediately and report any discrepancies at once.

Step 1 — Review Visa Details Immediately
As soon as you receive your visa, thoroughly check all personal information:

Step 2 — Report Discrepancies Immediately
If you find any error, contact FlairMyTrip immediately. Issues will be escalated to Myanmar Immigration within business hours. Discrepancies reported on weekends or national holidays will be escalated on the next available working day.
Weekends & Holidays: Reports on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Myanmar/India national holidays are escalated the next working day.

Authorization & Document Submission
You authorize FlairMyTrip (Bhramanvisa India Pvt Ltd) to file your visa and pay all related fees to Myanmar Immigration authorities on your behalf. You agree to provide valid documents and certify their authenticity. FlairMyTrip does not verify or validate submitted documents.
Visa Details Verification
After approval, you are personally responsible for verifying all details on the visa. Report discrepancies immediately. FlairMyTrip will escalate within working hours but cannot guarantee specific resolution timeframes — this depends entirely on Myanmar Immigration responsiveness.
Visa Rejection & Reapplication
If your Myanmar visa is rejected and you wish to reapply, FlairMyTrip will proceed only upon your explicit written instructions. Reapplication is treated as a fresh transaction with new fees. You take full responsibility for the reapplication outcome.
Third-Party Vendor Requirements
A third-party vendor appointed by FlairMyTrip may request additional documents or refuse submission if credentials are assessed as high-risk. You will be notified. If the vendor does not submit, the visa fee may be refunded, but FlairMyTrip's service fee remains non-refundable.
No Guarantee of Approval
FlairMyTrip provides no guarantee of visa approval. Approval or rejection is the sole prerogative of Myanmar Immigration authorities. Security-related delays do not entitle refunds for hotel or flight cancellations.
FlairMyTrip's Role
FlairMyTrip functions as a Travel Agent, Visa Consultant, and Facilitator. We submit applications on your behalf to Myanmar Immigration and provide comprehensive support throughout the process. We have no influence over the final visa decision.
⚠ Non-Refundable Fees: Once the visa application process commences, all Visa Application Fees and Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstances. This applies whether the visa is approved, rejected, or if you choose not to proceed after submission.

FlairMyTrip Service Fees
FlairMyTrip charges a service fee for submitting eVisa applications on your behalf to Myanmar Immigration authorities, Embassy/Consulate, or official government online portals.
This service fee is IN ADDITION TO visa fees, embassy charges, and government taxes. The service fee will NOT be refunded for ANY reason — including rejection or withdrawal.
Additional Charges
Any charges beyond FlairMyTrip's regular scope are separately payable, including:
- ✔Logistics and courier charges
- ✔Document pick-up and drop-off services
- ✔Passport collection and submission
- ✔Any other cost incurred beyond regular services
Government & Embassy Fees
Visa fees, embassy charges, taxes, and other government levies are not under FlairMyTrip's control and are subject to changes by Myanmar authorities without prior notice.
Such fees are NOT refundable after your application is submitted. FlairMyTrip holds no liability for these charges or their changes.

General Non-Refundable Policy
Once a visa application is applied/processed/submitted, ALL charges are chargeable IRRESPECTIVE of approval or rejection by Myanmar Immigration/Consulate/High Commission.
Under ANY condition/circumstance:
- ✘Visa Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
- ✘Embassy/Government Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
- ✘Taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE
- ✘FlairMyTrip Service Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
Cancellation of Processing
- ✔You must call our concerned department immediately to request cancellation before processing begins.
- ✔If you do not call in time, your application proceeds as per standard working process.
- ✔Once processing begins, all fees and charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Visa Fee Refund (Limited Cases)
In cases where your application was NOT submitted through the Myanmar government portal or appointed third-party sponsor:
- ✔Visa Fee: Refunded within 7 business days
- ✘Service Charges: NON-REFUNDABLE
- ✔Refund Method: Same source of original payment
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Present eVisa at Immigration Counter
The Myanmar eVisa is NOT a Visa on Arrival. Proceed directly to the Immigration Counter upon arrival. Present the eVisa together with your valid passport. The document may be printed in black and white if all details are clearly legible.
