All visa charges are non-refundable. Once your application is submitted, the visa fee is chargeable irrespective of whether the visa is issued or rejected by the immigration department.
Passport copy and photograph must be in color to apply for all visa categories
All documents must be clear, legible, and meet the specified requirements for the visa category
Entry Permit Validity: The duration of stay and visa validity are determined by the particular visa category you apply for
Important: Holding a valid visa does not guarantee entry to the country. You must meet all conditions on arrival and gain approval from an Immigration Officer at their discretion
Due to any delay in visa approval from Immigration or Consulate for any security reason, FlairMyTrip.com will not be liable for any losses such as hotel cancellations, ticket refunds, or other expenses.
No Guarantee: FlairMyTrip does not guarantee visa approval. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the Immigration Department or Consulate. FlairMyTrip has no way to influence this decision.
ROE Exchange Cost: Currency exchange rates are updated regularly based on market conditions
Rate Changes: ROE may be updated without prior notice in case of significant ROE fluctuations depending on current market conditions
IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED: Upon receipt of your visa, check all details thoroughly. If you find any discrepancy, inform us IMMEDIATELY.
Issue Escalation: Any reported discrepancies will be escalated within Immigration working hours, excluding weekly holidays and other holidays in both countries.

You authorize FlairMyTrip.com to file necessary visa applications along with all applicable fees, immigration charges, embassy, consulate, and visa sponsor charges on your behalf.
Document Authenticity & Accuracy
All documents submitted are genuine and authentic. All information is true, correct, and complete. FlairMyTrip holds no responsibility to verify genuineness of documents.
Visa Verification & Discrepancy
It is your responsibility to check and verify all personal details on the visa are correct. Any discrepancies must be reported to immigration. FlairMyTrip does not guarantee a timeframe for resolving discrepancies.
Trip Cancellation Responsibility
If your trip gets canceled, FlairMyTrip.com has no control or influence over this. Full responsibility remains solely with you. Visa fees remain non-refundable even if trip is canceled.
Visa Rejection & Reapplication
Reapplication is a fresh transaction. You must pay fresh application fees plus FlairMyTrip service charges. FlairMyTrip will not initiate reapplication without your explicit agreement to charges.
Non-Refundable Fees
All visa processing fees are permanently non-refundable once the process has begun: visa application fees, immigration charges, embassy/consulate charges, FlairMyTrip service charges.
Third-Party Vendor Risk Assessment
A third-party vendor may refuse to submit based on credential assessment. Additional documents may be requested. If vendor refuses, visa fee refunded but service fee remains non-refundable.
Full Responsibility for Visa Decision
You take full responsibility for all outcomes. FlairMyTrip has no control over visa grant or refusal decisions. All decisions are solely made by Immigration/Consulate. All fees remain permanently non-refundable.

By submitting your visa application through FlairMyTrip.com, you acknowledge and accept all responsibilities outlined above. You understand that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents and information provided, and that visa approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the immigration authorities.
Payment Policies
FlairMyTrip charges a service fee for: applying and submitting your E-visa application, pre-approval visa registration and document processing, submission on your behalf to Embassy/Consulate/Immigration, and submission via the respective country's online E-visa portal.
Service Fee is SEPARATE from visa fees, embassy charges, and other government-prescribed fees
NON-REFUNDABLE: The service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — if you decide not to submit, if rejected, or for any reason whatsoever.
Payment Timing: You must pay the service fee at the time of providing visa-related services.
