Service Scope: FlairMyTrip does not provide work visas or job-seeker visa assistance. FlairMyTrip does not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest solely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
User Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with visa and immigration requirements of the destination country. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for informing users of all visa or immigration requirements, including transit or entry conditions.
No Liability for Denial: FlairMyTrip is not liable for any loss, delay, or denial of entry resulting from incomplete documentation or non-compliance with immigration laws.
Visa Fees: Visa fees and service charges apply regardless of visa approval or rejection. All fees paid to embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities are non-refundable once the application is submitted. FlairMyTrip's service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Overstay Penalties: In cases of overstay identified by immigration authorities, penalties may apply. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for overstay fines or related immigration actions.
Intermediary Role: FlairMyTrip acts solely as an intermediary between users and embassies, consulates, or third-party service providers.
No Responsibility for External Delays: FlairMyTrip is not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses caused by government authorities, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
Damages Exclusion: Under no circumstances shall FlairMyTrip be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Important obligations and acknowledgments when using FlairMyTrip services
You authorize FlairMyTrip to prepare and submit visa applications on your behalf. You must provide genuine, valid, and accurate documents. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for verifying document authenticity or accuracy.
You must verify all details on the issued visa. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately. In the rare event of an error directly caused by FlairMyTrip staff, liability is limited to reissuing the visa. Clients are advised to apply well in advance.
If a visa is rejected, you may choose to reapply at your own cost. Each reapplication is treated as a new transaction with applicable fees. FlairMyTrip holds no influence over visa grant or refusal decisions.
Third-party vendors may request additional documents or decline to process an application based on credential evaluation. If not submitted by the vendor, visa fee may be refunded, but FlairMyTrip's service fee remains non-refundable.
Service Fees
FlairMyTrip charges a service fee for visa facilitation, document submission, and related services. Service fees are payable at the time of availing the service and are non-refundable.
Additional Charges
Charges for logistics, courier, document collection, or other out-of-scope services are billed separately and will be communicated before being charged.
Payment Methods
Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and other online options displayed on the website. Cash payments are not accepted.
Payment Disputes
Any payment dispute must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the charges.
Processed / Submitted
Once a visa application is processed or submitted, all fees (visa, service, and taxes) are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
Unsubmitted Applications
If an application has not been submitted to the relevant authority, a refund of the visa fee (excluding service charges) may be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
No Cash Refunds
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
