General Information

Key eligibility criteria, restrictions, and your responsibilities when applying for a UAE visit visa through FlairMyTrip.

How to Apply

Upload documents and apply online at www.flairmytrip.com. For non-Indian nationalities or complex cases, contact us at +91 99302 09399 or +91 81082 93990.

Eligible Purposes

Permitted: Tourism, visiting family or friends, short-term business travel.

Not Permitted: Persons seeking employment in the UAE cannot apply for a visit visa through our service.

Children Under 18

Applicants under 18 years of age must be included within a parent's application. Independent applications by minors are not accepted.

Where to Apply From

Applicants must be physically outside the UAE at the time of application. Applications submitted from inside the UAE will not be processed.

High-Risk Profiles — Elevated Rejection Probability

High-Risk Occupations

Domestic workers, drivers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and tailors face elevated rejection rates due to perceived risk of absconding or job-seeking activity.

Prior UAE Residency or Work

Applicants who previously held UAE residency or employment visas may face stricter scrutiny.

ECR Passport Holders

Passports bearing an Emigration Check Required (ECR) stamp are subject to heightened review.

Signature or Biometric Issues

Passports with signatures in regional scripts or thumb impressions in place of a conventional signature may be rejected.

Important Notes

Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your UAE visa application.

Non-Refundable Fees

All visa fees, taxes, and FlairMyTrip service charges are non-refundable once your application has been submitted — regardless of whether the visa is approved or refused.

Working Days Exclusions

Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays observed in the UAE or India do not count as working days. Processing times are calculated on this basis.

Visa Cost Inclusions

The visa price includes all immigration fees, visa sponsor charges, FlairMyTrip service charges, and applicable GST.

Travel Guidelines

Clients and travel agents must coordinate directly with the relevant airline regarding passenger travel guidelines and boarding requirements.

Visa Extension

If you need to extend your stay, apply for an extension before your current visa expires. Overstaying can result in fines, deportation, or a future entry ban.

Our Role

FlairMyTrip acts as a visa facilitator only. Final approval or refusal decisions rest solely with UAE Immigration, the Consulate, or the relevant High Commission.

Your Responsibilities Upon Receiving Your Visa

1

Review Immediately

Check all personal details, visa type, validity dates, and any stated conditions as soon as you receive your visa.

2

Report Errors Promptly

If you find any discrepancy, contact FlairMyTrip immediately during business hours (Mon–Thu, excluding public holidays). We will escalate to the relevant authority as quickly as possible.

3

Why This Matters

Accurate visa details prevent complications at the immigration counter. Early reporting allows timely correction before your travel date.

Who Can Extend

  • Holders of 30-day or 60-day single or multiple-entry visit visas
  • You must be physically present inside the UAE during the extension process
  • Each extension grants an additional 30-day stay (up to 2 extensions per visa)

Who Cannot Extend

  • Transit visa holders (transit visas cannot be extended)
  • Applicants outside the UAE at the time of application
  • Applicants whose visa has already expired (overstay fines apply first)

Extension Process — Step by Step

1

Preparation Phase

Verify your visa type and eligibility. Gather all required documents and confirm the current extension fee (approx. AED 1,000).

7–10 days before expiry
2

Application Phase

Submit your extension request via our website, by phone, by email, or in person at the Dubai Sponsor Office (written consent required). Provide all documents and pay the fee.

3–5 days before expiry
3

Processing Phase

Standard processing takes 1–3 working days. Expedited options are available. You will receive your extended visa by email or can check your portal login.

1–3 working days
4

Cooling-Off Period (After Exit)

After leaving the UAE, you must wait a mandatory 30 calendar days before applying for a new visa. Applying before this period significantly increases the risk of rejection.

30-day wait from exit date
Common Mistakes to Avoid

Applying after the visa has already expired (overstay fines must be cleared first). Leaving the UAE while extension is in progress (the application is voided and fees are non-refundable). Ignoring the 30-day cooling-off period when reapplying after exit.

Visa Cancellation & Amendment

Guidance on cancelling an active or unused visa, and correcting errors on an already-issued visa.

Visa Cancellation

Processing time: 1–3 working days

Approximate fee: AED 200

Only the sponsor or the original issuing agency (FlairMyTrip) can request a cancellation. If unused tourist visas are not manually cancelled within 60 days of issue, the system automatically invalidates them — but manual clearance from ICP may still be required for a clean immigration record.

Visa Amendment (Correction)

Processing time: 1–2 working days

Approximate fee: AED 200

Amendments are available only for visas processed through FlairMyTrip. Common corrections include passport number updates, name misspellings, or transferring a visa to a renewed passport. This is faster and cheaper than full cancellation and reapplication.

!
Incorrect Passport Number

Must be corrected before travel to avoid entry complications at immigration.

!
Name Misspelling

Major discrepancies between the visa and the passport must be corrected prior to departure.

!
Visa on Expired Passport

If your passport has been renewed since the visa was issued, update passport details via amendment before travelling.

!
Active Visa Blocking New Application

An active or uncancelled previous visa in the ICP system will prevent a new visa from being issued.

Visa Extension FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about extending, cancelling, and reapplying for your UAE visit visa.

General Extension Questions

Yes. Visa extensions can only be processed while you are physically present in the UAE. You must remain in the country throughout the application and processing period. Submit your request via our website, by phone, by email, or visit the Dubai Sponsor Office with prior written consent.
Each extension grants an additional 30 days, regardless of your original visa duration (30-day or 60-day). This applies to both single-entry and multiple-entry visas. Most visit visas allow up to two separate 30-day extensions.
Most visit visas allow up to two 30-day extensions. After both extensions are used, you must exit the UAE and wait a mandatory 30-day cooling-off period before applying for a new visa. Overstaying beyond the permitted period may result in fines, deportation, or a future travel ban.
No. Even on a multiple-entry visa, extensions are limited to a single 30-day period at a time (up to two times). Multiple-entry means you may exit and re-enter the UAE on the same visa while it is still valid — it does not increase the number of extensions available.

Costs & Fees

A standard 30-day extension costs approximately AED 1,000. Fees are set by UAE Immigration and may change without prior notice. Always confirm the current rate through our online system or by contacting our support team before submitting.
Additional charges may apply for:
  • Expedited processing (same-day or next-day service)
  • Overstay penalties: AED 200 on Day 1, then AED 100 per day thereafter
  • Other immigration-imposed penalties in cases of overstay or non-compliance

Cooling-Off Period & New Visa

After exiting the UAE, you must wait 30 full calendar days before submitting a new visa application. Applying before this period has elapsed significantly increases the probability of rejection and may flag your record in the immigration system.
Example: Exit on 20 February 2026 → Eligible to reapply from 22 March 2026.
No. Extensions must be processed while you are inside the UAE. Once you exit, you lose the ability to extend that specific visa. You would need to wait the 30-day cooling-off period and then apply for an entirely new visa.
No. You must remain in the UAE until your extension is approved. Leaving the country during processing automatically voids your application and the fee is non-refundable. The extension will be refused.

Transit Visas & Cancellation

No. Transit visas cannot be extended under any circumstances. They are short-duration visas designed solely for passengers in transit. If you need to stay longer, you must cancel the transit visa (approx. AED 200) and apply for a tourist visa instead.
  • Standard processing: 1–3 working days
  • Expedited processing: Same day or next working day (additional fees apply)
Once approved, your extended visa will be sent by email or will be accessible via your portal login.

Refund, Payment & Terms

Transparent policies governing fees, payments, and the responsibilities of all parties.

Refund Policy

Applied Applications: Once submitted, visa fees, service charges, and taxes are non-refundable regardless of whether the application is approved or refused.

In-Process Applications: If your application has already entered our processing workflow, it cannot be stopped and all fees remain non-refundable.

Unsubmitted Applications Only: If an application has not yet been submitted or processed by a third-party vendor, a partial refund of the visa fee may be considered after deducting taxes and administrative charges. Service fees are always non-refundable.

i

To Stop an Application: Contact our team immediately. If processing has not begun, we can attempt to stop it. Once it has entered processing, the standard non-refund policy applies.

Payment Policy

i

Service Fee: A service fee is charged in addition to all government visa fees, embassy charges, and applicable taxes. This fee is payable at the time of applying.

Accepted Methods: Credit card, debit card, net banking, and other online payment methods available on our website. All online payments are processed via a third-party gateway.

No Cash: Cash payments are not accepted for any booking or service on this platform.

i

Fee Changes: Government-set visa and embassy fees may change without prior notice. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for such changes. Exchange rates are updated periodically and may affect the final INR cost.

Key Terms & Conditions

i

Ok to Board (OTB): Submit your OTB request at least 72 working hours before departure (excluding weekends and public holidays). Reconfirm OTB status directly with the airline 24 hours before departure.

i

Document Standards: Passport scans and photographs must be in colour and include the passport cover page. Confirmed tickets and hotel bookings are mandatory — FlairMyTrip does not verify their status and holds no liability for rejections caused by invalid bookings.

No Guarantee of Approval: FlairMyTrip has no influence over visa decisions. Approval rests solely with UAE Immigration. Holding a valid visa also does not guarantee entry — the immigration officer at the port of entry has final discretion.

No Liability for Delays: FlairMyTrip is not liable for losses (hotel costs, flight penalties, etc.) arising from delays in visa issuance by UAE Immigration.

i

Overstay Penalties: Agents and applicants are fully responsible for ensuring all travellers exit the UAE within their visa validity. Overstay charges (AED 200 on Day 1, AED 100 per subsequent day) plus possible absconding penalties apply. New visa processing will be suspended until overstaying travellers have exited.

i

Client Accuracy: All documents and information provided must be genuine, accurate, and complete. FlairMyTrip does not verify document authenticity and is not responsible for applications rejected due to inaccurate or fraudulent submissions.
