Applicants under 18 years of age must be included within a parent's application. Independent applications by minors are not accepted.
Applicants must be physically outside the UAE at the time of application. Applications submitted from inside the UAE will not be processed.
Domestic workers, drivers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and tailors face elevated rejection rates due to perceived risk of absconding or job-seeking activity.
Applicants who previously held UAE residency or employment visas may face stricter scrutiny.
Passports bearing an Emigration Check Required (ECR) stamp are subject to heightened review.
Passports with signatures in regional scripts or thumb impressions in place of a conventional signature may be rejected.

Non-Changeable: Once issued, the visa type, entry type, and conditions cannot be altered.

All visa fees, taxes, and FlairMyTrip service charges are non-refundable once your application has been submitted — regardless of whether the visa is approved or refused.
Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays observed in the UAE or India do not count as working days. Processing times are calculated on this basis.
The visa price includes all immigration fees, visa sponsor charges, FlairMyTrip service charges, and applicable GST.

Amendments are available only for visas processed through FlairMyTrip. Common corrections include passport number updates, name misspellings, or transferring a visa to a renewed passport. This is faster and cheaper than full cancellation and reapplication.

Applied Applications: Once submitted, visa fees, service charges, and taxes are non-refundable regardless of whether the application is approved or refused.
In-Process Applications: If your application has already entered our processing workflow, it cannot be stopped and all fees remain non-refundable.
Unsubmitted Applications Only: If an application has not yet been submitted or processed by a third-party vendor, a partial refund of the visa fee may be considered after deducting taxes and administrative charges. Service fees are always non-refundable.
To Stop an Application: Contact our team immediately. If processing has not begun, we can attempt to stop it. Once it has entered processing, the standard non-refund policy applies.
Service Fee: A service fee is charged in addition to all government visa fees, embassy charges, and applicable taxes. This fee is payable at the time of applying.
Accepted Methods: Credit card, debit card, net banking, and other online payment methods available on our website. All online payments are processed via a third-party gateway.
No Cash: Cash payments are not accepted for any booking or service on this platform.
Fee Changes: Government-set visa and embassy fees may change without prior notice. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for such changes. Exchange rates are updated periodically and may affect the final INR cost.
Ok to Board (OTB): Submit your OTB request at least 72 working hours before departure (excluding weekends and public holidays). Reconfirm OTB status directly with the airline 24 hours before departure.
Document Standards: Passport scans and photographs must be in colour and include the passport cover page. Confirmed tickets and hotel bookings are mandatory — FlairMyTrip does not verify their status and holds no liability for rejections caused by invalid bookings.
No Guarantee of Approval: FlairMyTrip has no influence over visa decisions. Approval rests solely with UAE Immigration. Holding a valid visa also does not guarantee entry — the immigration officer at the port of entry has final discretion.
No Liability for Delays: FlairMyTrip is not liable for losses (hotel costs, flight penalties, etc.) arising from delays in visa issuance by UAE Immigration.
Overstay Penalties: Agents and applicants are fully responsible for ensuring all travellers exit the UAE within their visa validity. Overstay charges (AED 200 on Day 1, AED 100 per subsequent day) plus possible absconding penalties apply. New visa processing will be suspended until overstaying travellers have exited.
