FlairMyTrip Partner Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is entered into between FlairMyTrip / BhramanVisa (“Platform”) and the registering travel agency (“Partner Agency”).

1. Services
The Platform provides a B2B eVisa processing service. The Partner Agency agrees to use the Platform solely for legitimate visa processing on behalf of their clients.

2. Wallet & Payment
The Partner Agency shall maintain a prepaid wallet balance. All visa fees are deducted at the time of application submission. The Platform is not responsible for refunds due to incorrect information submitted by the Partner Agency.

3. Indemnity & Liability
The Partner Agency agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FlairMyTrip / BhramanVisa from any claims arising from:

Incorrect or fraudulent passport or visa information submitted
Sponsored visa applications where the Partner Agency vouches for the applicant
Any misuse of the Platform’s services

For sponsored visas, the Partner Agency explicitly accepts full liability as the sponsoring entity.

4. Confidentiality
Pricing tiers, commission structures, and backend processes are confidential and must not be disclosed to end clients or third parties.

5. Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Partner Agency’s account for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

I have read and fully agree to the FlairMyTrip Partner Service Agreement, including the indemnity clause for sponsored visa processing. I understand my agency’s FMT ID will be auto-generated on registration.
