2. Visa Verification Upon Receipt: Upon receipt of your visa, please check all details thoroughly. In case of any discrepancy, inform us IMMEDIATELY. We will escalate the issue within immigration working hours (excluding weekly and national holidays in both countries).

3. Document Requirements: Passport copies and photographs must be in color to apply for all visas. Black and white or unclear documents will result in application rejection.

4. Visa Validity & Duration: Entry permit validity, duration of stay, and visa validity must be adhered to according to your particular visa category. Overstaying incurs penalties.

5. Non-Refundable Application Fee: Visa applications are chargeable and non-refundable regardless of issuance or rejection by the Immigration Department. Payment is final upon submission.

6. No Liability for Delays: Due to any delays in visa approval from Immigration or the consulate for any security or administrative reasons, Flairmytrip.com will not be liable for any losses including hotel costs, ticket cancellations, or other travel-related expenses.

7. No Guarantee of Visa Approval: Flairmytrip.com does not guarantee visa approval. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the Immigration Department or Consulate.

8. Entry Not Guaranteed: Holding a valid visa does not guarantee entry to the country. You must meet all entry conditions upon arrival at immigration, which are determined at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officer on duty.

9. Exchange Rate (ROE) Changes: ROE costs are updated regularly based on current market conditions. ROE may be updated without prior notice in case of significant fluctuations.

10. Accuracy of Information: Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information. Any false or misleading information may result in visa denial or cancellation.

11. Data Privacy: Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data is shared only with relevant government authorities and immigration services.

12. Authorization: You authorize Flairmytrip.com to file necessary visa applications along with visa fees, immigration charges, embassy charges, consulate charges, and visa sponsor charges on your behalf to the concerned immigration authorities, embassy, consulate, or visa sponsor.

13. Documentation Responsibility: You undertake to provide a complete list of valid and proper documentation required for processing your visa application. You further undertake that all documents submitted to Flairmytrip.com are genuine and all information provided is true and correct. Flairmytrip.com shall hold no responsibility for verifying the genuineness of documents or the accuracy of information provided.

14. Visa Details Verification: Once your visa is issued or approved, it is your responsibility to check all personal details mentioned on the visa. You must verify that all required visas have been obtained and that details match your travel itinerary. Any discrepancies or errors on your visa must be reported to the concerned immigration department. Flairmytrip.com holds no responsibility if your trip is canceled for any reason.

15. Visa Rejection and Reapplication: In case of rejection, if you wish to reapply, Flairmytrip.com will do so strictly pursuant to your instructions. Reapplication is treated as a fresh transaction, and you are liable to pay a Fresh Application Fee/Charges along with Flairmytrip.com Service Fee/Charges.

16. Non-Refundable Application Fees: All visa application fees and charges are non-refundable in any circumstances once processing begins. This applies regardless of approval, rejection, or any other outcome.

17. Third-Party Vendor Submission Rights: Third-party vendors appointed by Flairmytrip.com may refuse to submit your visa application based on assessment of your credentials and submitted documents. If the vendor ultimately refuses, the visa fee will be refunded, but Flairmytrip.com service fee remains non-refundable.

18. Full Responsibility for Reapplication Outcomes: You take full responsibility for reapplication visa processing outcomes, whether approval or rejection. All visa application fees, charges, and Flairmytrip.com service fees remain non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

19. Service Fees: Flairmytrip.com charges a service fee for providing visa application and submission services on your behalf. This service fee is in addition to visa fees, embassy charges, and other similar fees. Flairmytrip.com will not refund service fees for any reason.

20. Additional Charges: Any charges for logistics, document pickup/drop-off, passport collection, courier charges, or any other costs incurred beyond regular scope of work shall be separately payable.

21. Government Fees: Visa fees, embassy fees, taxes, and other government charges are subject to change without prior notice. These fees are not refundable after the visa application is submitted.

22. Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and other payment options displayed on our website. We do not accept cash payments.

23. Non-Refundable Visa Fees: Under all circumstances, visa fees, charges, taxes, and Flairmytrip.com service charges are non-refundable.

24. Application Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your application after it has been processed, you must immediately contact our support department. All fees and charges remain non-refundable once your application is being processed.

25. Application Not Submitted: If your application has not been submitted, a refund of visa fees will be initiated within 7 business days. However, Flairmytrip.com service charges remain non-refundable.

26. Payment Method for Refunds: All refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.

27. Reapplication After Rejection: Reapplication is treated as a fresh transaction with full applicable fees. Flairmytrip.com will not initiate any reapplication without your explicit written consent and receipt of full payment.

28. Non-Refundable — Final Statement: Once the visa processing has commenced, all visa application fees and any charges directly or indirectly incurred are completely non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.

29. Planning Your Application: Submit your application early in the business day. India is 1 hour and 30 minutes ahead of Azerbaijan. Check the holiday calendars for both India and Azerbaijan. If you submit at 9 AM on a business day, you could receive visa approval by 7 PM to 9 PM the same day (10-12 hour processing window).

30. Visa Cost Breakdown: The total visa cost includes: Immigration Fee (Government charge), Credit Card Processing Charges, Supplier Processing Charges, Flairmytrip.com Service Charge, and Goods and Services Tax (GST). This is the final, all-inclusive price with no hidden charges.

31. Travel Guidelines & Airline Coordination: You must coordinate directly with the concerned airline serving your route for airline-specific requirements. Flairmytrip.com is not responsible for airline-specific regulations or requirements.

32. Immediate Review: Review Visa Details As Soon As You Receive It. Check personal details, visa type, validity dates, duration of stay, conditions/restrictions, and entry points. This review must be completed promptly to allow time for corrections.

33. Reporting Discrepancies: Report Any Discrepancies Without Delay. This includes misspelled names, wrong passport number/DOB, incorrect visa type, wrong validity dates, missing conditions, or any other mismatch. Report through your application contact channels.

34. Exceptions for Reporting: Immediate reporting is not expected on Government/Official Holidays (when ministries/consulates/immigration are closed) or Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Report on the next working day.

35. Timely Resolution Importance: Reporting discrepancies immediately helps facilitate corrections before your intended travel date. Delays may result in insufficient time to make corrections, potentially affecting your travel plans.

36. No Liability for Unreported Errors: If you fail to report discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe, Flairmytrip.com shall not be liable for any consequences including entry denial, visa cancellation, fines, or other penalties.
