Processing Speed

Airport Entry Only
eVisa holders may enter/exit Kazakhstan only through international airport checkpoints. Land borders and seaports are not valid.

Exact Data Match Required

Passport Renewal = New eVisa
If passport is replaced after eVisa issuance, the old eVisa is invalid. New application required before travel.
Berkut System Registration
Every eVisa is registered in Kazakhstan's Berkut Unified Information System. A visa absent from Berkut is considered invalid.
No Fingerprinting Required

Weekend/Holiday Note

Invitation Requirement — India
India does not appear on Kazakhstan's list of 48 invitation-exempt countries. A valid, registered invitation from a Kazakhstani inviting party is mandatory for all four eVisa categories — B1, B2, B3, and B12.

FlairMyTrip does not provide work visas or job-seeker visa assistance.
FlairMyTrip does not guarantee visa approval — final decisions rest solely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Client Responsibilities
Authorization & Document Accuracy
Users authorize FlairMyTrip to prepare and submit visa applications on their behalf. Users must provide genuine, valid, and accurate documents. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for verifying document authenticity.
Review of Visa Details
Users must verify all details on the issued visa. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for errors identified after issuance. Clients are strongly advised to apply well in advance of their travel date.
Visa Rejection & Reapplication
If a visa is rejected, users may choose to reapply at their own cost. Each reapplication is treated as a new transaction with applicable fees.
Third-Party Vendor Discretion
Third-party vendors may request additional documents or decline to process an application. If not submitted, visa fees may be refunded (if applicable), but FlairMyTrip's service fee remains non-refundable.

Service Fees
FlairMyTrip charges a service fee for visa facilitation, document submission, and related services. Service fees are payable at the time of availing the service and are non-refundable.
Additional Charges
Charges for logistics, courier, document collection, or other out-of-scope services are billed separately.
Payment Methods
Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and other online options. Cash payments are not accepted.
Payment Disputes
Must be reported within 7 days of transaction. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of charges.
Refund Policy
Processed / Submitted Applications
Once a visa application is processed or submitted, all fees (visa, service, and taxes) are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
Unsubmitted Applications
If an application has not been submitted, a refund of visa fee (excluding service charges) may be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Note: FlairMyTrip's service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Consular fees paid are also non-refundable per Kazakhstan VMP policy.
