Document Requirement


Below are the documents that need to be scanned and uploaded with your application.

  • Passport sized studio photo;
  • Passport bio-data page with validity of at least more than 6 months from travel date;
  • Confirmed returned flight ticket;
  • Birth certificate for minor applicants (Applicant below 12 years old is compulsory to upload their Birth Certificate).
  • Proof of accommodation;
  • Other supporting documents
  • Last 3 Months Bank statements
  • Covering Letter from the applicant

Please ensure that your passport photo:

  • Is properly exposed (contrast too high / low is not accepted); sized 35mm wide by 50mm high;
  • Eyes, facial and body are angled to the front of the camera without any frame/borders;
  • Background must NOT be cropped out with photo editing tool; subject’s head must be centered properly; is taken within the last 6 months;
  • Is full face without any headgear (for spectacles, ensure there are no glares / shadows on the glasses);
  • Facial image MUST be from shoulder level to the crown;
  • Is a studio taken photo photocopied / photo shopped photos or Cam scanner or similar apps used are NOT ACCEPTABLE; and
  • Photo uploaded must be clear and the background is pure white (no shadows).

Important Note


  • Normal visa processing time is 4-5 Malaysian Working Days.
  • Express Visa Processing Time 24 Hrs Full Working Days (Passport Should Issued from MH, GOA, MP Chhattisgarh).
  • eVISA can be applied around the world except Malaysia, Singapore, Israel and North Korea.
  • Working Days count except for Saturday, Sunday and any Malaysian & Indian National Holidays and also does not include weekends, public holidays, Malaysian holidays and approving location event holidays. The approval of eVISA is under the sole discretion by the Immigration Attaché. However it may take some more time if it is pending with the Embassy/Consulate.
  • Processing time also does not include unforeseen or uncontrollable events including, but not limited to, system maintenance downtime, Internet Service Provider (ISP) equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events or acts of war.
  • The visa cost inclusive of all Visa fee + eVISA Processing fee + eVISA Convenience Fee + VFS Charges + BHRAMANVISA Service Charge + GST
  • PCR Test on Arrival or before travel and Travel any related any information you (Customers/Clients/Travel Agents) need to co-ordinate with Concerned airlines Passenger travelling with.

To be noted:

  • All eVISA applications are considered on individual merit, and the High Commission / Embassy/ Consulate has the right to seek additional information at any stage of processing. The fact that an application for a visa has been received by the eVISA system does not guarantee that the eVISA will be issued. High Commission / Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to refuse an eVISA application without providing any reason whatsoever. Applicant shall ensure that they hold a valid Malaysia eVISA before their travel to Malaysia
  • Applicants must ensure that all supporting documents image provided for the eVISA application such as passport photos, passport front pages, return tickets, accommodation proof or other supporting documents are clear and viewable as per the specification provided. Any supporting documents image that is found to be not clear, blur, unreadable or does not meet the required specifications may result in an eVISA application rejection or denial of entry into Malaysia by the Immigration Officer at the entry/ exit points.

  • High Commission / Embassy and/or Consulate General of Malaysia as refers to the “Embassy/Consulate”.
  • An eVISA for Tourist is valid for a country who needed visa for a single journey to Malaysia for the purpose of tour subject to the eligibility of nationality.
  • An eVISA for Tourist is valid for 34 nationalities who needed a single journey to Malaysia for the purpose of tour subjected to the eligibility of nationality, Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. facilitate visa for Only Indian National.
  • Any applicant, who breaches the Malaysian law, will be subject to criminal proceedings and administrative actions by the Government of Malaysia. Applicants are not allowed to accept any unauthorized employment, or attend school, or represent the foreign information media during their stay in Malaysia.
  • Applicant must be outside Country when applying for this visa.
  • Bhramanvisa provide only Tourist and Business Purpose Visa.
  • Applicants shall furnish the following proofs to the Immigration Officers at the Entry/Exit points:
    • Valid passport;
    • Valid eVISA printout (eVISA Note);
    • Boarding pass;
    • Sufficient funds (Cash / Traveler’s Cheque / Debit or Credit Cards / e-Wallets recognized by Malaysian Government) to cover your expenses during your stay in Malaysia;
    • Confirmed returned flight ticket;
    • Proof of accommodation; and
    • Other supporting documents.

Terms & Condition


  • Upon receipt of visa please check the details thoroughly. In case of any discrepancy, you are advised to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the visa except Friday, Saturday and other holiday in India and Malaysia.
  • Passport copy and photograph should be in color to apply for all visas.
  • Entry Permit validity – duration of stay and validity of visa to travel according to the particular visa category.
  • Visa once applied is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection by the immigration Department.
  • Once approval decision has been made, applicants will receive an email notification regarding the eVISA approval result. Approval result may include the following status:
    • Approved: The eVISA application has been approved.
    • Rejected: The eVISA application has been declined.
    • Request for Document: Applicant is required to upload /re-upload supporting documents specified by the High Commission / Embassy/Consulate.
    • Request for Interview: Applicant is required to attend an interview session with High Commission / Embassy/Consulate before any approval decision is been made.
  • For request document result, applicants must ensure they upload / re-upload the specified supporting documents as per requested by the High Commission / Embassy / Consulate immediately. The processing time will be reset back to 2 working days once the applicants have successfully uploaded the specified supporting documents. The High Commission / Embassy / Consulate can decide to request document for an eVISA application multiple times until the applicant uploads the correct specified supporting documents.
  • For request interview results, applicants must ensure to attend the interview session as per schedule date and time set by the High Commission / Embassy / Consulate to ensure the approval decision can be made accordingly.
  • The eVISA applications will automatically rejected if the applicants failed to upload / reupload the documents as per requested or failed to attend the interview session exceeds five days from the requested date
  • Issuance or approval of an eVISA does not in any way guarantee the applicant the right to enter Malaysia. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officer at the entry point. In case of denial of visa or entry into Malaysia by the Immigration Officer, Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any losses like... Hotel and ticket cost. Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. does not give guarantee for visa approval; the decision to Grant or Refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the “Embassy/Consulate”. Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. does not have any way influence the same.
  • Inquiries to Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd is based on its unilateral understanding of applicant's inquiries and the limited information known and mastered by it in order to provide assistance for its applicants for their visa applications. No matter what the circumstances are, it cannot be interpreted that Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd has made any promise or assurance, nor does it bear any other legal responsibility for the answers to applicant's inquiries.

Client/Customer/User(s) Responsibilities:

  • Applicant/Travel Partner/Client/Customer Must authorize Bhramanvisa to file necessary visa application along with visa fees, immigration, embassy, and consulate charges on his / her behalf to concerned immigration, embassy, and consulate.
  • Applicant/Travel Partner/Client/Customer should acknowledge that Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. does not involve in the visa assessment and decision-making process. The Malaysian High Commission / Embassies / Consulates in the host country have the authority to decide whether an eVISA will be issued or not, the type of eVISA to be issued as well as its validity, duration of stay and number of entries in accordance with Malaysia's relevant laws and regulations
  • Applicant must make their eVISA applications at an appropriate time before travelling to Malaysia. Under no circumstances will the Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. be responsible or liable for any delay of travel arrangement as a result of an applicant's inappropriate action in regards to the time of submitting the visa application or the visa assessment result of the High Commission / Embassies / Consulates.
  • Applicant/Travel Partner/Client/Customer must ensure that all information furnished for the eVISA application is true and accurate. Any mistake found caused by the Applicant/Travel Partner/Client/Customer himself or herself which resulted to the reissuance of an eVISA, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to re-apply and pay for a new eVISA application.
  • Applicants acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. be liable to them or anyone claiming through them for any indirect, incidental, special and / or consequential losses or damages of whatever nature, or for loss or profits, loss of opportunity, loss of business or goodwill or interruption of business, whether arising out of or in connection with their application and / or any of the eVISA application services, and whether or not relating to any act, error, omission or negligence by Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. or any officer, agent, employee and representative of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd.
  • User undertakes to provide a list of required valid and proper documentation for processing visa application, also take further undertakes that the documents submitted/ provided to BhramanVisa are genuine and further the information provided by the customer is true and correct. Bhramanvisa shall hold no responsibility to verify the genuineness List of the documents or the information provided.
  •  Once Visa issued or approved User/Customer/Client shall check his/her personal details mentioned on the visa.  It is User/Customer/Client's responsibility to check that all required visas have been obtained and the details mentioned therein are correct and match their travel itinerary. Any discrepancies or Errors/mistakes on visa, User/Customer/Client shall approach the concerned department. BhramanVisa does not hold any roles to give an exact time frame for short out discrepancies or Error/mistake on visa, unless until it is BhramanVisa, Bhramanvisa will escalate same with Concerned Immigration/Consulate/Visa Sponsor, the collected information will be provided to the User/Customer/Client. If any reason passenger trip gets canceled BhramanVisa does not holding any influence on that, that has to undertake by the User/Customer/Client.
  • In case of rejection, if User/Customer/Client wishes to reapply against rejection of the visa, Bhramanvisa shall do the same strictly pursuant to the instructions of the User/Customer/client. Reapplying visa shall be fresh transaction and User/Customer/client liable to pay Fresh application (Reapply Application) Fee/Charges along with The BhramanVisa Service Fee/Charges unless BhramanVisa will not initiate re-apply of any visa application.
  • User/Customer/Client shall undertake Once Visa process Visa Application Fee and any Charges directly or indirectly affect is Non-Refundable in any circumstances.
  • In any case, a third-party vendor appointed by BhramanVisa may refuse to submit User/Customer/Client visa application on the basis of credentials of a User/Customer/client, which may be decided on the basis of the documents submitted by the User/Customer/Client. In cases where the vendor is of the opinion that there exists a substantial risk of the visa being rejected, in such cases additional documents may require. Same shall be Updated User/Client/customer and shall undertake and agreed with Conditions. The application will be submitted once all additional requirements documents are provided. If in case the application is not submitted by the vendor, the visa fee shall be refunded but the service fee of BhramanVisa shall remain nonrefundable.
  • User/Customer/Client shall take full responsibility of re-application visa processing whether Approval and Rejection, in case of rejection Bhramanvisa, does not hold any influence for the Visa Grant or Refuse. It is solely directed to the Immigration/Consulate/or High Commission. Such Visa application Fees and Charges including BhramanVisa Services Fee remain non-refundable.
  • The Government of Malaysia, in its sole discretion, may change, amend, cancel or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein at any time without any prior notice. If an applicant is dissatisfied with the changes being made, the applicant's sole and exclusive remedy is to refuse the services provided.
  • Applicants hereby agrees to accept and confirm that the applicant, prior to submitting the visa application, has read, understood and agreed to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms, conditions and details provided herein.

 Payment Policies:

  • Bhramanvisa will charges the User/Customer/Client service fee towards the cost of providing services of applying/Submitting an application for E-visa or Pre-Approval Visa registration/documents on behalf of User/Customer/Client to the concerned Embassy/consulate/immigration or via specific country online immigration/embassy e-visa portal. This service fee is in addition to the visa fees, embassy charges, and other similar fees by whatever name is called or as prescribed by the respective embassy. User/Customer/Client shall pay such service fee to the Bhramanvisa at the time of providing visa related services; BhramaVisa will not be liable to refund the service fees for any reason what-so-ever, even if the User ultimately decides not to submit the visa application, or if the visa application gets rejected.
  • On the other hand to the aforementioned/ aforesaid service fees, any charges for logistics pick up and drop of documents, collection of passports, courier charges, etc. or any other cost incurred by BhramanVisa beyond its regular scope of work shall be separately payable to Bhramanvisa by the User/Customer/Client.
  • Visa Fee, Embassy fees, taxes, other charges which are not under the control of BhramanVisa, and are subject to changes by embassies or government authorities without prior notice to Bhramanvisa, and BhramanVisa not holding any liable for this. Such fees, taxes, and other charges are not refundable after the visa application is submitted to the respective Embassy/Consulate/Immigration/ Online E-visa portal.
  • Mode of Payment – Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and other payment option showing on our website – Online Payment via Third-party payment Gateway which is integrated in our system, We do not accept cash for any booking on this platform, all payments shall transfer to our Bank Account or deposit payment in our bank account.

Refund Policies:

  • Visa once applied/processed/Submitted is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection by the immigration/consulate/ High Commission Department. In any condition/circumstances, Visa Fees/Charges/Taxes including Bhramanvisa Service Charges will be Non-refundable.
  • Any Application processed via our Customer Portal/Agent Portal and User/Customer/Client willing to cancel processing application, User/Customer/Client shall call immediately to our concern department to stop the application or else application will be processed according to our working process, our services agent will understand that application is being to be processed, and once processed fees and other charges non-refundable.
  • In case application not submitted or processed or applied, through specific country govt./consulate/immigration/embassy online E-visa portal, or by our appointed third party visa sponsor and to specific country govt./consulate/immigration/embassy, refund of visa fee will be initiated within 7 business working days, Bhramanvisa service charges will remain non-refundable. Refunds will be the same sources of made payment. No cash refund to any User/Customer/Client.
