Important Note


  • Normal visa processing time is 4-5 Working Days.
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and any Holidays in Vietnam and India do not count as Working days.
  • The visa cost inclusive of all Immigration Fee + CC Charges + Supplier Charges+ Service Charge + GST
  • For travel guideline information you (Customers/Clients/Travel Agents) need to coordinate with the concerned airline's Passengers traveling.
  • Please note that the information that you provide must match the information on your passport. Otherwise, your e-Visa will be invalid.
  • Upon receipt of the visa please check the details thoroughly. In case of any discrepancy, you are advised to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the visa, except on Government/ Ministry/ Consulate/Immigration Department holidays and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • User/Customer/Client is prompted to confirm all the provided information is correct and accurate before submitting the application form. Vietnam e-Visa system is not able to update or modify any wrongly entered details. User/Customer/Client is responsible for providing all the information correctly and accurately to avoid unnecessary issues at the Vietnam Immigration counter upon arrival. 
  • Normal processing time 4-5 working Daysdays, therefore, travelers should take into account if any passenger wants to travel before 4-5 Days Best option to go with Express Visa services.  Hence, when submitting any evisa application at least 4-5 working days before their estimated date of arrival in order to allow sufficient time for processing.

Upon received of the visa

  • Exceptions for Reporting Discrepancies: While you're encouraged to report any discrepancies immediately, the instruction provides exceptions for certain days when reporting isn't expected. These exceptions include:
  • Government/Ministry/Consulate/Immigration Department Holidays: These are official holidays observed by the government or the specific departments responsible for visa issuance. On these days, the offices will be closed, and staff will not be available to address your concerns.
  • Weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday): The message specifically mentions Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as days when discrepancies are not expected to be reported. This is important to note as weekends can vary by country; for example, in many Middle Eastern countries, the weekend is typically observed on Friday and Saturday, whereas in most other parts of the world, Saturday and Sunday are considered the weekend.
What This Means for You:
  • After receiving your visa, check all the details on it right away.
  • If you find any mistake or incorrect information, contact us immediately to report these discrepancies.
  • However, if you discover these issues on a day when reporting is not expected (due to holidays or being a weekend), you should wait until the next working day to report the discrepancy.

  • In some cases, if one person's e-visa application is rejected, it does not automatically mean that all connected applications will be rejected. Each application is typically assessed on its own merits. However, there are situations where the rejection of one application could influence the outcome of the connected applications. This could happen for several reasons:

  • An Electronic Visa (E-visa) is a type of visa issued to foreigners by the Vietnamese Immigration Department through an electronic system. The Vietnam E-visa is valid for a maximum of 90 days and can be used for single or multiple entries.
  • If you exceed the duration of stay on a single entry without having a residency permit, you may be required to pay fines, be deported, or be banned from future travel to Vietnam.
  • The e-Visa system does not inform you of the number of days you stay in Vietnam. It is your responsibility to make sure that you do not overstay your visa.
  • You are entitled to obtain e-Visa on condition that you meet the criteria indicated on the Visa.
  • If you do not meet these criteria, your e-Visa will be invalid even though you obtained it.

  • Visa Validity – Tourism: The Turkey E-visa is offered to travelers who wish to travel for tourism purposes for a short-term period.   • Conditions for being granted an e-visa for Vietnam are as follows:

  • Invitations or guarantees for foreigners must be in accordance with section 1, Article 16 of the Law on foreigners' entry into, exit from, transit through, residence in Vietnam, and can be applied for through the electronic system.
  • Foreigners falling into certain cases prescribed by the Law on foreigners’ entry into, exit from, transit through and residence in Vietnam cannot apply for an e-visa through this website. They should send visa applications via inviting or guaranteeing agencies and organizations to the competent agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • An e-visa application may be rejected, an issued visa cancelled, immigration of Vietnam. The Vietnam Visa system is not responsible for any visa issuance rejections or entry bans. FlairMyTrip does not have any influence over the rejection of an e-visa application, the cancellation of an issued visa, or denial of entry into the country, as these decisions are governed by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
  • An electronic visa grants permission for entry and travel within the Vietnam Immigration Department, although entry can be denied under circumstances outlined by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
  • The rules and requirements for issuing electronic visas can be changed at any time, and these changes can be made without the obligation to inform the applicants or any other involved parties beforehand.
  •  Upon receiving your visa, it is crucial to thoroughly review all the details. If you notice any discrepancies, it is advisable to inform us immediately, except on Friday, Saturday, and other national holidays in Vietnam. This will allow us to address any issues and make necessary corrections on time.
  • Once a visa application is submitted, charges are applicable regardless of whether the visa is issued or rejected by the Immigration Department. This is a standard policy for visa processing services.
  • FlairMyTrip will not be responsible for any financial losses incurred due to delays in visa approval from Vietnam Immigration. We do not guarantee visa approval, as the decision to grant or refuse a visa is solely at the discretion of the immigration authorities. FlairMyTrip cannot influence the visa approval process. Therefore, travelers are advised to apply for their visas well in advance and understand the risks involved in the visa application process.
  • FlairMyTrip functions as a channel for processing visa applications and, as such, cannot be held responsible for any compensation related to delays in visa processing, approval, rejection, amendments to the visa application, deportation of passengers, or any other issues arising from the Consular Office, Immigration, or Embassy. Travelers need to understand and acknowledge the potential risks associated with the visa application process and plan their travel accordingly.
  • It's important to note that holding a visa does not guarantee entry into Vietnam. Even with a valid visa, travelers must meet all the conditions required upon arrival to be granted entry, and this decision is at the discretion of the Immigration Officer. Therefore, travelers should ensure they meet all the necessary entry requirements and are prepared for potential scrutiny at the border.
  • Visa rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • We, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip are in the business of arranging tourist visas for passengers desiring to visit Vietnam from time to time and obtain such visas from you for this purpose. Each time a specific visa is required for any passenger, we make applications to you to obtain the visas for these passengers. This is an ongoing business activity between us. However, the risk of these passengers violating the terms and conditions under which their visas are granted lies squarely with us and/or the passengers concerned without any recourse whatsoever to FlairMyTrip
  • We Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip take full responsibility and guarantee the passenger/s, and ensure that the passenger/s departs Vietnam as per the Visa stay validity is submitted for the Visa Application. FlairMyTrip does not have any Influence on the same, and only Hereby plays a role as a channel for processing our provided visa application. 
Client/Customer/User(s) Responsibilities:
  • We, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip here referred to as a “Client”.
  • The client must provide all necessary documents and information required for the visa application process and ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date. The client must also be responsible for any additional costs or fees incurred during the visa application process. FlairMyTrip will not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or additional costs incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. By authorizing FlairMyTrip to file the visa application on their behalf, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the concerned immigration, embassy, consulate, or visa sponsor.
  • The client must provide a list of required valid and proper documentation for processing the visa application. Additionally, the client must ensure that the documents submitted to FlairMyTrip are genuine, and the information provided is true and correct. FlairMyTrip will not be responsible for verifying the authenticity of the documents or the accuracy of the information provided. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all documentation and information provided are genuine and accurate.
  • Once Visa is issued or approved Client shall check his/her details mentioned on the visa.  It is the Client's responsibility to check that all required visas have been obtained and the details mentioned therein are correct and match their travel itinerary.
  • Once the visa is issued or approved, it is the client's responsibility to check the details mentioned on the visa. The client must ensure that all required visas have been obtained and that the details mentioned therein are correct and match their travel itinerary. FlairMyTrip - will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the visa details or for any issues arising from incorrect visa information. The client should thoroughly review the visa details and contact the relevant Customer support if any discrepancies are identified.
  • For any discrepancies or Errors/mistakes on the visa, the Client shall approach the concerned department. FlairMyTrip does not hold any roles to give an exact time frame for short out discrepancies or Errors/mistakes on visas, FlairMyTrip will escalate the same with the Concerned Immigration/Consulate/Visa Sponsor, and the collected information will be provided to the Client. If for any reason the passenger trip gets canceled FlairMyTrip does not have any influence on that, that has to be undertaken by the Client.
  • In case of rejection, if the Client wishes to reapply against rejection of the visa, FlairMyTrip shall do the same strictly under the instructions of the Client. Reapplying visa shall be a fresh transaction and the Client is liable to pay the Fresh application (Reapply Application) Fee/Charges along with The FlairMyTrip Service Fee/Charges unless FlairMyTrip will not initiate the re-apply of any visa application.
  • Client shall undertake Once Visa process Visa Application Fee and any Charges directly or indirectly affect is Non-Refundable in any circumstances.
  • In any case, a third-party supplier/vendor/ Service Provider appointed by FlairMyTrip may refuse to submit a Client visa application based on the credentials of a Client, which may be decided based on the documents submitted by the Client. In cases where the vendor believes that there exists a substantial risk of the visa being rejected, in such cases additional documents may be required. The same shall be Updated Client and shall be undertaken and agreed with the Conditions. The application will be submitted once all additional requirements documents are provided. If in case the application is not submitted by the vendor/supplier/service provider, the visa shall be refunded but the service fee of FlairMyTrip shall remain nonrefundable.
  • Client shall take full responsibility of re-application visa processing whether Approved or rejected, in case of rejection FlairMyTrip does not hold any influence for the Visa Grant or refusal. It is solely directed to the Immigration/Consulate/or High Commission. Such Visa application Charges including FlairMyTrip Services Fee remain non-refundable.
