- Upon
receipt of visa please check the details thoroughly. In case of any
discrepancy, you are advised to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the visa
except Friday, Saturday and other national holiday in Oman.
- Send Ok to
Board request 72 hours prior to departure (except Friday, Saturday and other
national holiday in Oman, Sunday and other National Holidays in India).
- Kindly reconfirm
the updating of OTB message with the concerned airlines 24 hours prior.
- Passport
copy and photograph should be in color to apply for all visas.
- Entry
Permit validity – duration of stay and validity of visa to travel according to
the particular visa category.
- Visa once
applied is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection by the immigration
Department.
- Due to any
delay visa approval from Oman Immigration for any reason, FlairMyTrip – Unit of
Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any losses like... Hotel
and ticket cost. FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. does not
give guarantee for visa approval; the decision to Grant or Refuse a visa is the
sole prerogative of the ROP/ Immigration. FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa
(India) Pvt. Ltd. does not have any way influence the same. FlairMyTrip - Unit
of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. Hereby playing a roles as a channel for processing the visa
application and hence we
are not liable for any kind of compensation, due to delay in Visa processing,
approval, rejection, amendments to the visa application, deporting of
passengers or any other issues occurring at/by the Consular Office /
Immigration / Embassy.
- Holding a
visa does not guarantee your entry to the OMAN. You must meet all of the
conditions on arrival to be granted the entry, at the discretion of an
Immigration Officer.
- ROE
Exchange cost will be update time to time basis
- ROE may be
update without prior notice in case of huge ROE fluctuation depending on market
condition.
- If ROE get
increased visa fee simultaneously will get increase,
Overstays
- AGENT
shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all visa holders and any
accompanying family members exit the Country within the period of validity of
their visas and, if required, for procuring a copy of the visa holder’s /
family member’s passport with exit stamp in order to clear any overstay reports
from the Immigration Overstay System with immediate effective time from the
date of issue of the Overstay Report.
- If an
overstay(s) is/are identified by the ROP / Immigration of OMAN, charges of 10
to 20 OMR per day and may absconding amount INR up to 5L per passenger will be
levied to the AGENT. This amount is other than the charges which will be levied
by Immigration for such overstay(s). Further, processing of new visas will be
placed on hold until the overstaying passenger/s exit(s) the country.
- We, Travel
Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private
Limited are in the business of arranging tourist visas for passengers desiring
to visit the Oman from time to time and obtain such visas from you for this
purpose. Each time a specific visa is required for any passenger, we make
applications to you for obtaining the visas for these passengers. This is an
ongoing business activity between us. However, the risk of these passengers
violating the terms and conditions under which their visas are granted, lies
squarely with us and/or the passengers concerned without any recourse
whatsoever to FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited.
- In view of
the above, we Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa
(India) Private Limited indemnify & agree to keep indemnified, FlairMyTrip
- Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, its officers, employees and/or representatives,
anywhere in the world, against all cost, charges, claims, damages and the like
that may arise or be attributable to any or all the passengers obtaining their
visas through us, defaulting in their terms and conditions for grant of their
respective visa(s) to visit the Oman, from all claims, including but not
limited to, any overstay or absconding, if at all by any of the applicants
whose applications are submitted through Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip
- Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited and/or their affiliates in India
or abroad.
- We Travel
Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private
Limited take full responsibility and guarantee of the passenger/s, and ensure
that the passenger/s departs Oman as per the Visa stay validity is submitted
for Visa Application.
- If, for any reason, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip
- Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited is
unable to clear an overstay report as aforesaid, Travel
Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private
Limited shall indemnify and hold FlairMyTrip -
Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited harmless from and against any overstay
penalties imposed by and / or any Immigration from time to time, together with
repatriation air ticket(s) and any other costs and expenses arising out of or
in connection with such overstay. FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa
(India) Private Limited held all rights to take any legal action against to
recover penalties, losses, and dues.
Client/Customer/User(s) Responsibilities:
- We, Travel
Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private
Limited here by refer as a “Client”.
- Client Must
authorize FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited to file
necessary visa application along with visa fees, immigration, embassy,
consulate, visa sponsor charges on his/ her behalf to concerned immigration,
embassy, consulate, visa sponsor.
- Client must
undertakes to provide a list of required valid and proper documentation for
processing visa application, also take further undertakes that the documents
submitted/ provided to FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private
Limited are genuine and further the information provided by the customer is
true and correct. FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited
shall hold no responsibility to verify the genuineness List of the documents or
the information provided.
- Once Visa
issued or approved Client shall check his/her personal details mentioned on the
visa. It is Client responsibility to check that all required visas have
been obtained and the details mentioned therein are correct and match their
travel itinerary. Any discrepancies or Errors/mistakes on visa, Client shall
approach the concerned department. FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India)
Private Limited does not hold any roles to give an exact time frame for short
out discrepancies or Error/mistake on visa, unless until it is FlairMyTrip -
Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa
(India) Private Limited will escalate same with Concerned
Immigration/Consulate/Visa Sponsor, the collected information will be provided
to the Client. If any reason passenger trip gets canceled FlairMyTrip - Unit of
Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited does not holding any influence on that,
that has to undertake by the Client.
- In case of
rejection, if Client wishes to reapply against rejection of the visa,
FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited shall do the same
strictly pursuant to the instructions of the Client. Reapplying visa shall be
fresh transaction and Client liable to pay Fresh application (Reapply
Application) Fee/Charges along with The FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India)
Private Limited Service Fee/Charges unless FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa
(India) Private Limited will not initiate re-apply of any visa application.
- Client shall
undertake Once Visa process Visa Application Fee and any Charges directly or
indirectly affect is Non-Refundable in any circumstances.
- In any
case, a third-party suppliers/vendor/ Service Provider appointed by FlairMyTrip
- Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited may refuse to submit Client visa
application on the basis of credentials of a Client, which may be decided on
the basis of the documents submitted by the Client. In cases where the vendor
is of the opinion that there exists a substantial risk of the visa being
rejected, in such cases additional documents may require. Same shall be Updated
Client and shall undertake and agreed with Conditions. The application will be
submitted once all additional requirements documents are provided. If in case
the application is not submitted by the vendor/supplier/service provider, the
visa shall be refunded but the service fee of FlairMyTrip - Unit of
Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited shall remain nonrefundable.
- Client shall
take full responsibility of re-application visa processing whether Approval and
Rejection, in case of rejection FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India)
Private Limited, does not hold any influence for the Visa Grant or Refuse. It
is solely directed to the Immigration/Consulate/or High Commission. Such Visa
application Fees and Charges including BhramanVisa Services Fee remain
non-refundable.
Payment Policies:
FlairMyTrip
- Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited will charges the Client
service fee towards the cost of providing services of applying/Submitting an
application for E-visa or Pre-Approval Visa registration/documents on behalf of
Client to the concerned Embassy/consulate/immigration or via specific country
online immigration/embassy e-visa portal. This service fee is in addition to
the visa fees, embassy charges, and other similar fees by whatever name is
called or as prescribed by the respective embassy. Client shall pay such
service fee to the FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited at
the time of providing visa related services; FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa
(India) Private Limited will not be liable to refund the service fees for any
reason what-so-ever, even if the User ultimately decides not to submit the visa
application, or if the visa application gets rejected.
On the
other hand to the aforementioned/ aforesaid service fees, any charges for
logistics, pick up and drop of documents, collection of passports, courier
charges, etc. or any other cost incurred by FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa
(India) Private Limited beyond its regular scope of work shall be separately
payable to FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited by the Client.
Visa Fee,
Embassy fees, taxes, other charges which are not under the control of
FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, and are subject to
changes by embassies or government authorities without prior notice to
FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, and FlairMyTrip - Unit
of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited not holding any liable for this. Such
fees, taxes, and other charges are not refundable after the visa application is
submitted to the respective Embassy/Consulate/Immigration/ Online E-visa
portal.
Mode of
Payment – Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and other payment option showing
on our website – Online Payment via Third-party payment Gateway which is
integrated in our system, We do not accept cash for any booking on this
platform, all payments shall transfer to our Bank Account or deposit payment in
our bank account.
Refund Policies:
Visa once
applied/processed/Submitted is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection
by the immigration/consulate/ High Commission Department. In any
condition/circumstances, Visa Fees/Charges/Taxes including FlairMyTrip - Unit
of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited Service Charges will be Non-refundable.
Any
Application processed via our Customer Portal/Agent Portal and Client willing
to cancel processing application, Client shall call immediately to our concern
department to stop the application or else application will be processed
according to our working process, our services agent will understand that
application is being to be processed, and once processed fees and other charges
non-refundable.
In case
application not submitted or processed or applied, through specific third-party
suppliers/vendor/ Service Provider appointed by FlairMyTrip - Unit of
Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited will be refunded after deduction of taxes
and other charges.
