FMT is not obligated to inform or assist you in obtaining the appropriate visa (including transit visas, on-entry visas, etc.) or meeting immigration requirements. Additionally, FMT is not liable for any issues, such as travel restrictions, resulting from your failure to obtain the required visa or fulfill immigration obligations.
Visa Approval, Overstay, Personal Information Policies:
- We share your passport details and personal information only with the visa sponsor, immigration, or consulate to facilitate visa approval. Additionally, we share personal information with suppliers if you opt for add-on services such as hotel bookings, airline tickets, cruises, car rentals, or other activities. Information is shared with suppliers only as necessary to meet your travel requirements. Suppliers may also reach out to you for additional information or to assist with your travel needs.
- Visa application charges are applicable regardless of whether the visa is issued or rejected by the immigration department.
- In case of an overstay identified by specific immigration authorities (such as UAE, BAHRAIN, OMAN) through the visa sponsor, a fee ranging from INR 1,00000-3,50000 per passenger will be imposed on the Travel Agent or any affiliated company. This fee is separate from any charges levied by immigration for the overstay. Processing of new visas will be paused until the overstaying passenger exits the country.
- The Travel Agent or affiliated company is responsible for ensuring that all visa holders and accompanying family members leave the specified Gulf countries within the visa validity period. They may need to provide a copy of the visa holder's passport with an exit stamp to clear any overstay reports from the Immigration Overstay System promptly upon receiving an Overstay Report
- Tourist/visit visa holders must exit the country for visa conversion if their visa is changed to a lower profession category like SERVANT/HOUSEHOLD SERVICES. Attempting to change visas within the country may incur a fine ranging from AED 7000 to 8000, up to a maximum of 50000.
- If the Travel Agent or affiliated company fails to clear an overstay report as required, they must indemnify and protect FMT from any overstay penalties imposed by FMT or immigration, including repatriation air tickets and associated costs.
- The Travel Agent or affiliated company must ensure that visa holders and their families exit the specified Gulf countries within the visa validity period and take precautions to prevent misuse of sponsored visas to avoid penalties imposed by the immigration or government of those countries.

- E-visa Services:
We,FlairMyTrip (India) Private Limited, operate the official website https://www.flairmytrip.com/. We are not directly or indirectly associated with any Government Authorities, Consulates, Immigration, or any of their APIs integrated into our system. We function as a Travel Agent/Consultant/Visa Facilitator providing visa assistance services to our customers/clients. FlairMyTrip aims to simplify customer services and support. The prices displayed on our website include Government / Consulate / Immigration Fees, FlairMyTrip Service Charges, and All Taxes. Please note that FlairMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd. (https://www.flairmytrip.com/) does not guarantee visa approval; the decision to Grant or Refuse a visa rests solely with the Immigration/Consulate. FlairMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd. has no influence over this decision. By following the User's instructions, the User acknowledges their sole responsibility to understand and comply with the Visa process for their intended travel destination country/countries and to instruct FlairMyTrip accordingly to initiate the Visa application process.
- FlairMyTrip informs users about documentation requirements for specific countries, collects necessary documents, and submits them for visa processing. The platform may estimate visa processing time, but users must contact FlairMyTrip promptly to secure visas before departure. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for losses due to visa approval delays for any reason, including security concerns impacting hotel and ticket expenses.
- Each country has specific document requirements for visas. Users are advised to check the information on the visa application process requirements for specific countries, as these requirements are subject to change without prior notice. While FlairMyTrip strives to provide accurate and updated information to its customers/clients, there may be instances where the necessary information is unavailable, and in such cases, FlairMyTrip will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided. The concerned consulate, embassy, or high commission may request a face-to-face interview with the User at their discretion. FlairMyTrip does not have a role in this process but will inform the User/Applicant about the interview details as communicated by the respective Embassy or High Commission. FlairMyTrip may engage third-party vendors for visa application processes for different countries, and these vendors will handle visa applications for the countries they are appointed for.
- When passport submission is required for a visa application, FlairMyTrip takes necessary steps to ensure the safe delivery of the passport to the Customer/User. FlairMyTrip is not liable if the passport is lost in transit or misplaced by the logistics service provider.
- Some countries might have additional requirements to meet, like obtaining "OK TO BOARD" approval for Users/Customers heading to UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman. The decision to approve or deny "OK TO BOARD" lies with the Airlines/department concerned, with FlairMyTrip playing no part in this process. FlairMyTrip functions as a mediator/Liaison between the User/Customer and the relevant department/Airlines/third-party vendor for the OK TO BOARD application. Users/Customers must furnish valid contact information, such as a mobile number, email ID, valid Visa and passport copies, and other necessary documents during the Visa/OK TO BOARD application. These details serve as the main points of contact for receiving timely updates on the status of the User's Visa/OK TO BOARD application by FlairMyTrip.
Client/Customer/User Responsibilities
The user must authorize FlairMyTrip to file the necessary visa application, including visa fees, immigration charges, embassy fees, consulate charges, and visa sponsor fees on their behalf. The user agrees to provide a list of required valid documentation for visa processing and ensures that the documents provided to FlairMyTrip are genuine and that the information given is accurate. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of the documents or information provided.
Upon visa issuance or approval, the user must carefully review the visa's personal details to ensure alignment with their travel plans. It is the user's duty to confirm the acquisition of all essential visas and verify that the details correspond to their itinerary. Any discrepancies or errors on the visa should be rectified by the user through the appropriate channels. FlairMyTrip is not obligated to specify a timeframe for resolving visa discrepancies unless the matter is escalated by FlairMyTrip to the relevant immigration, consulate, or visa sponsor. User-relevant information will be shared. FlairMyTrip bears no responsibility in the event of trip cancellations initiated by the user.
Should the visa application be declined and the user opts for a reapplication, FlairMyTrip will offer assistance strictly adhering to the user's directives. A visa reapplication will be treated as a new transaction, requiring the user to cover fresh application fees in addition to FlairMyTrip's service charges. FlairMyTrip will not proceed with a reapplication without the user's explicit consent.
In certain instances, a third-party vendor engaged by FlairMyTrip may refuse to submit the user's visa application based on the provided credentials. If the vendor perceives a notable risk of visa rejection, additional documentation may be requested. The user will be notified of these requirements and must consent to the conditions. The application will only be submitted upon receipt of all supplementary documents. In the event of non-submission by the vendor, the visa fee will be reimbursed, but FlairMyTrip's service fee remains non-refundable.
The user holds complete responsibility for the reapplication visa process, regardless of approval or rejection. FlairMyTrip does not influence visa approval or rejection decisions, as these determinations rest solely with the immigration, consulate, or high commission. Visa application fees, along with FlairMyTrip's service charges, are non-refundable.
Payment Policy
FlairMyTrip will charges to the User/Customer/Client service fee towards the cost of providing services of applying/Submitting application for E-visa or Pre-Approval Visa registration/documents on behalf of User/Customer/Client to the concerned embassy/consulate/immigration or via specific country online immigration/embassy e-visa portal. This service fee is in addition to the visa fees, embassy charges and other similar fees by whatever name called or as prescribed by the respective embassy. User/Customer/Client shall pay such service fee to the FlairMyTrip at the time of providing visa related services; FlairMyTrip will not be liable to refund the service fees for any reason what-so-ever, even if the User ultimately decides not to submit the visa application, or if the visa application gets rejected
On the other hand to the aforementioned/ aforesaid service fees, any charges for logistics, pick up and drop of documents, collection of passports, courier charges etc. or any other cost incurred by FlairMyTrip beyond its regular scope of work shall be separately payable to FlairMyTrip by the User/Customer/Client
Visa Fee, Embassy fees, taxes, other charges which are not under the control of FlairMyTrip, and are subject to changes by embassies or government authorities without prior notice to FlairMyTrip, and FlairMyTrip, not holding any liable for this. Such fees, taxes and other charges are not refundable after the visa application is submitted to the respective embassy / Consulate / Immigration / Online E-visa portal.
Mode of payment – Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and other payment option showing on our website – Online Payment via Third party payment Gateway which is integrated in our system, We do not accept cash for any booking on this platform, all payment shall transferred to our Bank Account or deposit payment in our bank Account.

For any disputes or discrepancies in the payment process, the User/Customer/Client must notify FlairMyTrip within 7 days of the transaction. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance of the charges.
FlairMyTrip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the payment policy without prior notice. Users are advised to review the payment policy regularly for any changes.
By proceeding with the payment for visa services through FlairMyTrip, the User/Customer/Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the payment policy.

Refund Policy:
Once a Visa application has been processed or submitted, charges apply regardless of whether the visa is issued or rejected by the immigration authorities or consulate. Under any circumstances, Visa Fees, Charges, Taxes, and FlairMyTrip Service Charges are non-refundable. If an application is processed through our Customer Portal or Agent Portal and the User wishes to cancel it, they must contact our department immediately to halt the process; otherwise, the application will proceed as per our standard procedure. Our service agents will consider the application as in progress, and once fees and charges are incurred, they are non-refundable.
In cases where an application is not submitted or processed through the official online E-visa portal of a country's government, consulate, immigration, embassy, or through the designated third-party visa sponsor, a refund of the visa fee will be initiated within 7 business days. However, FlairMyTrip service charges will not be reimbursed. The refund will be made through the original payment method used, with no provision for cash refunds.
Payment methods accepted include Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and other options displayed on our website. Payments are made online through a third-party payment gateway integrated into our system. Cash payments are not accepted on this platform; all payments should be transferred to our bank account. If payment deducted from wallet refund will be added in wallet.
"Ok to Board" is an additional verification process for certain countries (such as UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait holding an evisa) to confirm visa details before travel. This process involves validating the visa and updating the visa information in the flight booking by the respective airlines. The verification may be conducted by the airline or the immigration services of the destination country. Upon receiving a valid visa for the aforementioned countries, you are required to send copies of your visa, passport, and confirmed return ticket to the airline with which you booked your flight. After verifying your visa, the airline will approve your ticket and mark your flight PNR as "OK to Board." This indicates that your visa (E-visa) has been reviewed and confirmed, allowing the airline check-in staff to issue you a boarding pass for your flight.
FlairMyTrip will charge the User/Customer/Client a service fee for providing services related to applying/submitting/processing the Ok to Board application through the concerned airlines via FlairMyTrip appointed vendor for the Ok to Board services. This service fee is in addition to the Ok to Board fees, vendor charges, and any other similar fees as prescribed by the respective services. The User/Customer/Client is required to pay this service fee to FlairMyTrip when availing Ok to Board related services. FlairMyTrip will not refund the service fees for any reason, even if the User decides not to submit the Ok to Board application or if travel is canceled.
Ok to Board Charges, Vendor Charges, taxes, and other charges are not under FlairMyTrip control and may be changed by the Airlines or Vendor without prior notice. FlairMyTrip is not liable for these changes. Once the Ok to Board application is submitted / processed, these fees, taxes, and charges become non-refundable.
In case there are any changes in flight details requiring a fresh Ok to Board for a particular airline, the same non-refundable Ok to Board charges will apply.

If the Ok to Board application is not submitted or processed through appointed third-party service provider to specific Airlines, the refund of the Ok to Board fee will be initiated within 7 business working days. FlairMyTrip service charges are non-refundable. The refund will be made to the same payment source used for the transaction. No cash refunds will be provided to the User/Customer/Client.
The User/Customer/Client must authorize FlairMyTrip to file the necessary visa application along with Ok to Board Charges, Vendor Charges, Airlines Charges & fees on their behalf to the concerned Airlines and Vendor (Third-Party Service Provider).
User undertakes to provide a list of required valid and proper documentation for processing Ok to Board and assures that the documents submitted to FlairMyTrip (Bhramanvisa India Pvt. Ltd) are genuine and the information provided is true and correct. FlairMyTrip (Bhramanvisa India Pvt. Ltd) is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of the documents or information provided. In case of fraud or false documents leading to deportation of the passenger, penalties will be imposed on the User/Customer/Client as per the User agreement policies.
After Ok to Board is completed, the User/Customer/Client should reconfirm with the specific airlines by contacting their customer care. Any discrepancies should be addressed to FlairMyTrip (Bhramanvisa India Pvt. Ltd) Concern Department or any sales or service agent at least 24 hours before departure. It is the User/Customer/Client's responsibility to ensure that all necessary visas and Ok to Board approvals are obtained and that the details match their travel itinerary. Any discrepancies or errors should be reported to the concerned department. FlairMyTrip (Bhramanvisa India Pvt. Ltd) is not responsible for providing an exact timeframe for resolving discrepancies or errors unless it is within
