Documentation Requirements
Passport copy and photograph must be in color with proper scan and Passport Cover Page included.
Ticket & Hotel Confirmation
Confirmed ticket and hotel booking are mandatory. We do not check or reconfirm their status. In case of application rejection due to ticket/hotel issues, we do not hold any liability.
Visa Validity Terms
Entry permit validity, duration of stay, and visa validity depend on the specific visa category and are determined by immigration authorities.
Non-Refundable Fees
Once a visa application is submitted, it is chargeable, regardless of approval or rejection by the Immigration Department.

Overstay Penalties & Responsibilities
Agent Responsibility for Exit
The Agent is solely responsible for ensuring that all visa holders and accompanying family members exit Oman within the validity period of their visas.
Exit Stamp Documentation
The Agent must obtain a copy of the passport with the exit stamp to clear any overstay reports from the Immigration Overstay System.
Overstay Charges
If an overstay is identified by Oman Immigration, charges and penalties may be levied on the Agent for each day of overstay.
Additional Penalties
These charges are in addition to any penalties imposed by Immigration.
New Visa Processing Suspension
Processing of new visas will be suspended until the overstaying passenger(s) exit the country.

Visa Arrangement: We, the Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip.com – Official Website of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt Ltd., are engaged in arranging tourist visas for passengers traveling to Oman. Each time a visa is required, we apply through FlairMyTrip.com for processing.
Risk Assumption: The risk of passengers violating visa terms lies entirely with us and/or the passengers, without any recourse to FlairMyTrip.com.
Indemnification: We hereby indemnify and agree to keep indemnified FlairMyTrip.com, its officers, employees, and representatives worldwide, against all costs, claims, damages, and liabilities arising from any passenger defaulting on visa terms, including overstay or absconding cases.
Exit Responsibility: We take full responsibility for ensuring that passengers depart Oman within their visa validity period.
Overstay Liability: If we fail to clear an overstay report, we shall indemnify and hold FlairMyTrip.com harmless from any penalties, repatriation costs, or related expenses imposed by Immigration. We are liable for the cost of overstay consequences.
Legal Action: FlairMyTrip.com – Official Website of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action to recover any penalties, losses, or dues arising from such cases.
Client/Customer/User Responsibilities
Authorization: You must authorize FlairMyTrip.com – Official Website of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited to file the necessary visa application, including payment of visa fees, immigration, and embassy, consulate, and visa sponsor charges, on your behalf to the concerned authorities.
Valid Documentation: You undertake to provide all required, valid, and proper documentations necessary for visa processing. You further confirm that all documents and information submitted to FlairMyTrip.com is genuine, accurate, and complete.
Document Verification Disclaimer: FlairMyTrip.com shall not be responsible for verifying the authenticity of the documents or information provided by you.
Visa Details Verification: Once the visa is issued or approved, you must check all personal details mentioned on the visa. It is your responsibility to ensure that all required visas have been obtained and that the details match your travel itinerary. In case of any discrepancies, contact the concerned department directly.
Discrepancy Resolution: FlairMyTrip.com does not guarantee a specific timeframe for resolving discrepancies unless the issue is directly related to FlairMyTrip.com's processing. In such cases, FlairMyTrip.com will escalate to Immigration/Consulate/Visa Sponsor and share updates.
Trip Cancellation: If your trip is canceled for any reason, FlairMyTrip.com shall not be held responsible; you assume full responsibility for such circumstances.
Visa Reapplication: In case of visa rejection, if you wish to reapply, FlairMyTrip.com will proceed strictly as per your instructions. Reapplying will be treated as a new transaction, and you must pay the fresh application fee along with FlairMyTrip.com's service charges. FlairMyTrip.com will not initiate reapplication without receiving applicable fees.
Non-Refundable Fees: Once the visa process has been initiated, all visa application fees and related charges (direct or indirect) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Third-Party Vendors: A third-party supplier, vendor, or service provider appointed by FlairMyTrip.com may refuse to submit your visa application based on your credentials or submitted documents. If substantial risk of rejection is identified, additional documents may be requested. If not submitted, the visa fee may be refunded; however, FlairMyTrip.com's service fee remains non-refundable.

Entry Discretion
Entry is ultimately decided by the Royal Oman Police officer at the port of entry, irrespective of visa possession. Even with a valid visa, the immigration officer has the authority to:
